Having catered and served at over 1,000 events, our team can help you plan the food and service from start to finish. You can host your event in a private space at one of our restaurants, or we can bring the Noble House kitchen and team to an external venue of your choice.

Here's how it works.

Step 1: Choose a Package or Tell Us What You Like

The easiest way to get started is to choose one of our standard event packages.

We've put these together to offer guests a good variety of dishes while keeping the planning process straightforward. Choose the package that works for your group and you're almost ready to go.

Want something more personalized? That's easy too.

Tell us your food preferences, number of guests and the type of event you're planning, and we'll work around your requirements to create a menu for you.

With both Chinese and Indian cuisine available, there's plenty of flexibility. Your menu can include starters, fried rice, noodles, curries, Indian breads, chicken, beef, seafood, vegetarian dishes and more.

The idea is simple: tell us what you and your guests like, and we'll help build the menu around you.

Step 2: Choose How You Want the Food Served

If you're happy with one of our standard packages and service options, you're good to go.

If you'd like to customize the menu or style of service, we can do that too. Pricing will vary depending on the food and service arrangements you choose.

For example, you may want to keep things simple and have the entire meal presented at a buffet counter, allowing guests to serve themselves when they're ready.

Or you might prefer something a little different.

We can have our team pass starters around to your guests while everyone arrives and mingles, followed by the main course served from a buffet.

We can work with you to find the combination of food, presentation and service that best suits your event.

Step 3: Choose Your Venue — Noble House or Somewhere Else

You can host your event with us or bring Noble House to you.

Every Noble House restaurant has a private space that can be reserved for events, making our restaurants suitable for birthdays, private dinners, family celebrations, corporate gatherings and other special occasions.

If you already have another venue in mind — or you're planning something much larger — we can come to you.

Noble House can bring our kitchen setup, chefs and service team to an external venue of your choice, allowing you to enjoy Noble House food and service without having to host the event at one of our restaurants.

At external venues, we can cater and provide service for events of up to 500 guests.

So whether it's an intimate private dinner at Noble House or a 500-person celebration at another venue, we'll work with you to make the food and service as straightforward as possible.

Step 4: Invite Your Guests and Leave the Food to Us

Once you've chosen the menu, service style and venue, there's one important thing left for you to do:

Focus on your guests. We'll focus on the food.

Our team has catered and served at more than 1,000 events, so we understand what needs to happen behind the scenes.

From food preparation and timing to setup and service, our team takes care of the details so that you don't spend your own event worrying about what's happening in the kitchen.

After all, if you're hosting a birthday or celebration, you should be enjoying it too.

What Kind of Events Can Noble House Cater?

Our event service isn't limited to birthdays and private dinners.

Noble House can cater for birthdays, anniversaries, family celebrations, weddings, engagement parties, corporate events, private dinners and other special occasions.

For smaller gatherings, hosting in a private space at one of our restaurants can be an easy option.

For larger celebrations, we can set up at an external venue and cater for up to 500 guests.

And because Noble House serves both Chinese and Indian cuisine, it's easy to create a varied menu that works for a large group with different tastes.

One advantage of hosting an event with Noble House is the variety you can put on the table.

You don't necessarily have to choose between Chinese and Indian food.

Depending on your preferences, your event menu can combine dishes from both cuisines — perhaps Chinese starters followed by a buffet featuring fried rice, noodles, Indian curries, breads, chicken, seafood and vegetarian options.

For a more formal event, you might prefer passed starters followed by a buffet. For a relaxed birthday or family celebration, a straightforward buffet may be all you need.
